34 Weeks...5 to go!

How Far Along: 34 weeks, 5 to go

Size of baby: 18 inches..well he should be but if he is like his sister he is a shorty and still at 17 inches :) 

Total Weight Gain/Loss: ehh, who cares...almost done!
Maternity Clothes: of course!
Gender: BABY BOY!!

Name: William "Liam" Garrett
Movement: TONS, his jabs are really starting to hurt not that he is stronger and has less room in there
Sleep: back to horrible again. I can only stay on one side for about 30 minutes and it either goes to sleep or starts hurting so I am up every 30 minutes.
What I miss: EVERYTHING!!

Cravings: Nutella...yumm...I can't get enough!
 Symptoms: braxton hicks..I never had these with Parker, hungry all the time, hands and feet are starting to swell, heat flashes, bad back pain, stuffy nose, HOT ALL THE TIME!! In so much pain around my pelvic bone, I am really carrying this one different.
Best Moment this week: We got a long weekend with our little girl. Parker got her first haircut!
I'm so glad this is a shorter work week. I go Friday for my 35 week appointment.
Patch is the size of a cantaloupe and should weigh around 4 3/4 lbs.

Carnival

Parker had been asking to go to the carnival everytime we pass by it at the mall. We decided to take her last night before it got really hot this week and figured it would be less crowded. It turned out perfect, it was breezy and there was hardly anyone there yet when we got there.

First up...she rode the worm ride. We were so proud of her. I definitely thought she would have a melt down but she proved us wrong!

Then she wanted to ride the motorcycles...but as soon as daddy stepped away the tears started coming!

We then wanted to spend a fortune on games...seriously their games were so expensive. $10 for that little teddy bear and who knows how much we spent to get that blow up thing. But Parker had fun so that's what matters.

One last ride we talked her into doing..the BIG slide.

Then it was home for a bath and playtime with Coop.

Liam's nursery

We finished Liam's nursery just in time for our baby shower last week. We had the shower at my house so people could see the nursery as well.

My hubby & I worked as a team...I picked out and bought everything...he put it together and hung it all...or is that how it always works?? ;) haha I love the way it turned out. It's very calm and peaceful, much different that Parker's PINK room!

33 Weeks - We have a DATE!



How Far Along: 33 weeks, 6 to go

Size of baby: Almost 18 inches..well he should be but if he is like his sister he is a shorty and still at 17 inches :) 

Total Weight Gain/Loss: I quit looking until my awesome husband looked for me and told me...ahhhh ;)
Maternity Clothes: of course!
Gender: BABY BOY!!

Sleep: I've been sleeping really good the past few nights...no more restless legs thank goodness!
What I miss: Not peeing every 15 minutes, being able to bend over, shaving my legs haha..that's a hard one now, normal clothes, sleeping on my back and stomach, picking up Parker, walking without running out of breath.

Cravings: Still craving Cheddars, I want it everyday...mmm Spinach Dip! Caffeine, sweets
 Symptoms: braxton hicks..I never had these with Parker, hungry all the time, hands and feet are starting to swell, heat flashes, bad back pain, stuffy nose, HOT ALL THE TIME!! I'm curious if I have dialated a little because I am starting to get mild cramps.
Best Moment this week: We picked a DATE!! Not the date I wanted but I guess I can't be selfish. We set my c-section for Tuesday, July 3rd. Tanner's birthday is July 2nd so I chose that one first but he was booked so I went with the next option. Busy July month. Tanner, Liam, the 4th, our niece Lindsay, my SIL Cara and Parker will all share a July birthday!!
We also took 3 Year pics of Parker this weekend. It's a little early but I am trying to get everything out of the way before Liam comes. She also took a couple maternity ones of me too. Parker was a ham but did so good! Those pics as well as baby shower pics I will post soon.
Patch is the size of a pineapple and should weigh around 4 1/2 lbs.

Grandma questionaire

I found this on Pinterest and thought it would be fun to see Parker's answers for my mom for Mother's Day. Some of them make no sense at all but I guess that's why it made my mom laugh and laugh!

My grandma is 3 years old.

Sleep: what's that? I did get a 2 hour nap yesterday for Mother's Day :)
What I miss: Not peeing every 15 minutes, being able to bend over, shaving my legs haha..that's a hard one now, normal clothes, sleeping on my back and stomach, sleeping a full night, picking up Parker, walking without running out of breath.

Cravings: Still craving Cheddars, I want it everyday...mmm Spinach Dip! I am also loving Wall Street. Caffeine, sweets

Best Moment this week: Mother's Day :) I am so proud to be a momma to my sweet Parker and this precious baby boy growing in my belly. Parker told me Happy Mother's Day a thousand times yesterday and her and daddy bought me sweet gifts. I also got to spend time with my momma who is my best friend...perfect day!
Also, my good friend Jenna, who has been pregnant with me this whole time, had her sweet baby boy this past Tuesday. He is perfect and it makes me even more ready to meet Liam!
Patch is the size of a jicama (what??) and weighs a little over 4 lbs.
We get to pick my c-section date this Friday...praying for end of June...I am BEYOND READY!

My baby shower for Liam is this Thursday! So excited to spend time with my sweet friends & family!

Crescent Pepperoni Roll-Ups

I made these little beauties last night for dinner, I go all out ;) They were sooo simple and delish!

Ingredients

• 1 tube (8 ounces) refrigerated crescent rolls
• 40 slices pepperoni
• 4 mozz string cheese cut into halves
• 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions

• Unroll crescent dough; separate into eight triangles. Place 5 pepperoni pieces on each. Place a piece of cheese on the short side of each triangle. Roll up each, starting with the short side; pinch seams to seal. Sprinkle with garlic powder.
• Place 2 in. apart on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 375° for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. I even bought pizza sauce for dipping or ranch if you are like my daughter...both were good :)

Size of baby: 17 inches, Parker was 17 1/2 in when she was born, crazy!

Best Moment this week: We got to see our little man at our last sonogram. He is perfect already and resembles his big sister witht he chubbiest cheeks ever!
Patch is the size of a head of cabbage & weighed in at 3 lbs 12 oz!
We get to pick my c-section date next week...praying for end of June ;)
